What is the waiting period for a technician after scheduling an appointment?

A technician can be onsite usually within the same day depending on your schedule. Otherwise within 24 hours.

How does your "If you can't fix it I don't pay" guarantee work?

The guarantee works this way. If a technician can not figure out what is wrong with the PC, we will not charge you one red cent. This applies to both software & hardware issues. Our policy with software issues is as follows. Our technician may decide that your operating system needs to be re-installed to correct your problem. All of your data will be backed up, your operating system will be re-installed. This all includes reinstallation of your essential programs ( Email, Anti-virus, CD-Burner, Office Suite, etc.) & updated drivers. Finally the software will be reconfigured & your data will be restored.  Our hardware policy is as follows. If we diagnose your problem but you decide that the hardware replacement is to costly you are liable for the time a technician spent diagnosing the issue.

What happens if I decide that it will cost to much to repair the PC or decide to reinstall the Operating System myself ?

If this is the case, we will only charge you for the initial diagnostic time which is usually the one hour rate.

How long does the average repair take?

It depends. Here is a breakdown of different typical repair scenarios:

If within those 30 days the same problem arises we fix it for free.

Do you offer custom systems & what is the benefit of buying a custom system vs. a Dell or Compaq?

Yes we do offer custom systems. All of our custom built systems include a 3 year parts & labor warranty with 1 year onsite service. We also offer options for 2 & 3 year onsite warranties. Ask a rep about pricing.  As for our systems vs. Dell or Compaq, we offer totally upgradeable systems with the proper configuration to get you going. We do not sell systems that need upgrading when you buy them brand new like Compaq or Dell. Also our tech support is friendly, helpful & knowledgeable & local not in a foreign country with rude technicians that refuse to send a tech to repair your system onsite. We repair a lot of in warranty Dell systems due to this. If you don't believe us, go to their website & call tech support yourself. Guaranteed if you call 10 times, 9 if not all ten times it will be a rep in India or the Philippines. There is nothing wrong with a tech rep in another country if they are helpful, but they are not & the last thing they want to due is schedule an onsite service call.  Also check out their support forums on their website. A lot of unhappy emails there too.

How long do you guarantee the repair for?

Our repairs are guaranteed for 30 days. If you encounter the same problems within 30 days, the repair is free.
